Who we are

What this policy covers
This policy explains how we handle Google / YouTube user data when a channel owner signs in with Google and authorizes our tools.
Data we access
Only after the channel owner clicks Allow, our tools may access YouTube Data API data such as:
- Channel identity and video list
- Video files and metadata (title, description, thumbnails, schedule / publish time)
- Comments and captions
- Other channel data needed to upload, schedule, edit, or moderate as requested
We do not ask for Gmail, Drive, or unrelated Google data.
How we use it
We use that data only to operate the client’s YouTube channel, including upload, scheduling, edits, comments, and captions.
We do not sell this data.
We do not use it for advertising.
We do not use it to train public AI models.
Google processes API requests as part of providing the YouTube Data API.
Storage
OAuth tokens and the minimum operational records needed to keep doing the work are stored so the tools can keep acting for the authorized channel. Access is limited to Novor operators working on that client.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent Google user data.
We do not send it to data brokers or ad platforms.
Service providers that are strictly required to run the tools (for example Google’s YouTube API, and our hosting) may process data as part of that work.
Retention and revocation
We keep access only while we are managing the channel. The channel owner can revoke access at any time in their Google Account under third-party access / app permissions. After revoke, the tools can no longer call YouTube for that account. We then delete or disable stored tokens.
